The specialized portal Club Rural has chosen the municipality of Cervera de Pisuerga (Palencia) as Capital of Rural Tourism 2022, as recognition and recommendation of the most relevant towns in Spain to visit this year.

There are many requirements that are needed to grant a town this distinction, and Cervera fully meets them. It fascinates the travelers who discover it, it is well cared for, has exquisite cuisine, has enormous natural and cultural resources and charming rural accommodation. 

From the organization of the Naturcyl Ecotourism Fair we congratulate all the citizens of this town for this distinction. We will continue to encourage and support their commitment to sustainable tourism and thank them for their hospitality for hosting Naturcyl in their municipality for another year.
