GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Object

These general sales conditions regulate the online sale of products offered to the public by NATURCYL through the virtual store and put up for sale through the technical means incorporated therein for that purpose, and complete, as long as they do not oppose them, the agreements established in the corresponding electronic purchase order.

Adhesion to the general conditions

The completion and submission of the Purchase Order expresses full and unreserved adherence to each and every one of the General Conditions, as indicated in the box "I accept the General Conditions of Sale" of the Purchase Order.

Purchase Orders will only be sent to NATURCYL by electronic means from www.naturcyl.es, precisely using the technical means available there for that purpose, duly completed and, in particular, having completely filled in the blank spaces and having provided all and each of the data requested as mandatory.

Once a Purchase Order is received, NATURCYL will immediately send a confirmation of the purchase contract made to the email address indicated in the Purchase Order.

In the event that at the time of receipt of a Purchase Order there were no available stocks of the Product or Products object of said Order, or it was not possible to download them electronically, NATURCYL will offer the customer the possibility of waiting for the replacement of the stock or availability download, purchase a similar product or CANCEL the Purchase Order.

Way to pay

Price
The price of the Products will be paid exclusively, and at the Customer's option, by any of the following means available for each line of products:

– By credit card. The credit card payment service is provided directly by a credit institution. NATURCYL excludes all responsibility in relation to the confidentiality and security of the information and data provided by the Client on the occasion of the payment of their electronic purchases by credit card, to the extent that the treatment of said information and data is not exclusively under control of NATURCYL.
– Through the PayPal payment system in the products that this payment option is available.
– By bank transfer to the account number specified in the corresponding payment section. In this case, the customer must indicate the total amount of their purchase, the beneficiary and the concept "ON LINE PURCHASE" and the number of the Purchase Order assigned when carrying out the purchase operation. Once the payment has been made, you must send the receipt by email to info@naturcyl.es, indicating the reference number of the Purchase Order.
– By cash on delivery, in the products that this payment option is available.

Bills
The costs of conditioning, packaging and shipping of the purchased products (if necessary), if not specified otherwise, are borne by the Customer. In the case of electronic downloads, it is the customer's responsibility to have a download system adapted to this file size, which is specified in the technical details of the purchase. In the case of contracting "Services", there will be no added expense.

Payment guarantees
In the event that the Client chooses cash on delivery (if available for that product) as a method of payment of the price, expenses and applicable taxes, NATURCYL reserves the right to demand that the Client provide the appropriate payment guarantees before send the Confirmation and process the order received, taking into account the risks to which it is likely to be exposed, such as, for example, the incidents that have occurred on the occasion of other previous payments or the existence of financial reports that advise it.

default interest
In case of late payment of the price, expenses and applicable taxes, the Client will be obliged to pay NATURCYL late payment interest equivalent to four (4%) per month on the amount owed, calculated from the date on which the payment obligation was due. under the corresponding invoice until the date on which it is fully paid.

DOMAIN RESERVATION

NATURCYL expressly reserves ownership of the Product until full payment of its price, applicable expenses and taxes, as well as default interest.

Product delivery

Term
The delivery time for the products in stock will be between ONE and THREE business days, from the moment in which the total price, expenses and applicable taxes are collected. For those cases in which the product has to be requested from NATURCYL suppliers, the aforementioned delivery period shall be understood as from the moment the merchandise is received in NATURCYL's warehouses. In the case of electronic downloads, a link will be sent (via email) to proceed with the download at the time the execution of the payment has been verified. In the case of the contracting of Services, the term will be adjusted to what was agreed.

NATURCYL delivers its products within the Spanish State, in the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands; as well as in some countries of the European Union (necessary to consult).

Risk transmission
The Client will assume all the risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the Products from the moment in which the Products have been made available to him in accordance with this clause.

Responsibility for delivery

NATURCYL will be released from fulfilling its delivery obligations and declines all responsibility in this regard in the following cases:
– Total or partial non-payment by the Client accompanying the Purchase Order, except in the form of payment against reimbursement.
– Omission or inaccuracy of the information that the Client must provide in the Purchase Order at the time of placing the order.

product warranty

At the time the Product is made available, NATURCYL will deliver the legal guarantee documentation to the Client (except for products without guarantee). Once received, the client must fill it out correctly and return it by regular mail to NATURCYL, which will proceed to seal it and return it by mail.

Returns and exchanges

PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENT AND CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.

If you detect any anomaly or original defect, contact us immediately. We will try to fix the problem as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

IMPORTANT: after 3 working days after receipt of the package, claims related to defects produced in transport will not be accepted.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days after receiving the package. You can exchange for other products or receive a refund of 100% of the value of the products in your order. In the case of reimbursement of the amount, it will be made in the same modality in which the purchase was made. Keep in mind that in these cases the shipping costs, both for delivery and return, are not refundable, always at the customer's expense. The returned items must be in perfect condition, together with their original packaging, as well as their guarantees, manuals, accessories, seals and unbroken bags in the event that the merchandise had them.

All changes and/or refunds of payments will be made once NATURCYL has verified the status of the returned items. Before proceeding with a return, you must contact the customer service staff, in order to be informed of your interest in the return and to be able to offer you an adequate service.

In the event that in a return the item is not in the conditions mentioned, it will be sent to the customer, also charging the corresponding postage.

Returns will not be accepted for those products "that by their nature, cannot be returned (...) or that can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use" (Law 47/2002, of December 19, on Trade Regulation retail, article 45).

Orders can be canceled without any penalty except those that are specifically indicated at the time of receiving the order confirmation (for example: special factory or import orders, pieces made at the request of the client, products that are not usually are in stock due to their special characteristics, etc).

IMPORTANT: It is the customer's responsibility to properly prepare the return package. The courier or postal services do not make the package, so the customer must send the product with its original packaging inside another properly protected package, so that the original packaging is not damaged. NATRUCYL will not accept products returned without proper packaging for exchange or return.

VAT

All prices include the corresponding VAT. All sales are made with VAT included except for the following cases:
– For purchases made from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, if the buyer provides us with their NIF, however, the buyer will pay the taxes of these communities at customs. If the purchase is made from outside the territorial scope of these three communities, the corresponding VAT will be included and an invoice with itemized VAT will be issued in the name of the interested person. With this document, the buyer will receive the corresponding VAT refund at customs and will pay the taxes of these communities.
– For purchases made from other EU countries in the case of legal entities with VAT registration. It is essential to provide the corresponding VAT registration number for community transactions as established by community legislation.
– For purchases made by citizens from outside the EU. If the purchase is made within the territorial scope of the EU, the corresponding VAT will be included and an invoice with itemized VAT will be issued in the name of the interested party. With this document, customs will make the corresponding VAT refund.

Processing of personal data

Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the owner of the website www.naturcyl.es, NATURCYL (CIF: B47687348) guarantees that it will treat personal data confidentially. personal information of the User to which they have access as a result of browsing or registering, if necessary, on the website, and that they will only use them in order to be able to provide and offer them the services and products of this website.

The User or their legal representative may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation of their personal data by writing to NATURCYL whose address for correspondence purposes is located at C/ Padilla, 38º 2º izq., 47400 Medina del Campo ( Valladolid). Said request must include the name and surname of the User, a photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, petition, address for notification purposes, date and signature. In case of representation, it must be accredited by a reliable document.
Likewise, the server in which said data will be stored and processed has the necessary security measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized treatment or access to said data.
