In addition to the more than ninety exhibitors who will promote their tourist destinations and services or their optical and gastronomy products, NATURCYL will have an extensive program of activities . Throughout the three days there will be presentations, workshops, exhibitions, tastings, interpreted routes and film screenings. And one of the most outstanding is the film «Dehesa, the forest of the Iberian lynx».
The feature film by the director of CANTÁBRICO, Joaquín Gutiérrez Acha, takes us to the great unknown of the Iberian Peninsula, the DEHESA. A unique forest in the world where we will discover very diverse sensations. Holm oaks, cork oaks and gall oaks give rise to a battlefield where large herbivores challenge each other, where elegant and stealthy Iberian lynxes and formidable eagles hunt, where flowers hide predators with surprising camouflage. But it can also be a friendly place that receives thousands of long-distance travelers every year, who have their winter quarters in these places. They seek a warmer climate and the most precious food, the gold of the DEHESA, the acorns. The exchange currency that these trees use with the animals to preserve their existence.
