The Board and the Provincial Council of Palencia once again bet on the development of the rural environment by organizing a new edition, the third, of the Ecotourism Fair of Castilla y León NATURCYL, which will be held in the Palencia town of beg, within the Natural Park of Fuentes Carrionas and Fuente Cobre, from 25 to 27 september. This was announced by the Director General of Tourism, turret star, who presented the meeting together with the president of the Palencia provincial institution, angeles armisen and the director of NATURCYL carlos sanchez. In this regard, he recalled that it is a contest specialized in observing nature, which was born in 2018 with the aim of valuing the natural heritage of the Community.

The current edition, which will have the province of Cáceres as a guest, will have as novelties a familiarization trip with European tour operators and a commercial meeting, which will be organized by the Ministry and will take place from September 23 to 27. The initiative intends that they visit and learn about the tourist resources of Castile and Leon related to nature, rural tourism, active and sports tourism, with special incidence in rural areas. In addition, these tour operators, both national and international, will participate in a recruitment market or professional meeting, on the morning of Friday, September 25, organized by the Ministry and intended to facilitate business contact between travel agents and travel professionals. sector, both among the destinations present at the fair, and with tourism businessmen in the Community.

The fair will be characterized by a complete program of activities, open to all audiences, where there will be room for workshops, round tables, conferences, photography, hiking or gastronomy, among many other alternatives. All this with the aim of boosting and complementing the exhibition offer of the fair.
